The subway connection panels are available in two base material styles: galvanized iron panels and copper-plated subway connection panels. They are manufactured using high-quality low-carbon steel, which undergoes integrated rolling processing. The surface is fully covered with hot-dip galvanizing/thick copper plating. Their electrical conductivity far surpasses that of ordinary black iron panels. They can be easily installed handheld, with no restrictions on the grounding transmission distance, making them perfectly suitable for all construction scenarios such as traditional arc grounding, photovoltaic grounding, distribution cabinet connections, and building lightning protection.
The thermal impact zone during grounding operations is extremely small, and there will be no deformation, discoloration, or scorch marks on the steel surface; the welding contact area is large, and there is sufficient conductive medium, with no raised imperfections from molten material. This product is a high-voltage conductive accessory profile, featuring low electrical conduction losses. The electrical current is transmitted through a parallel flow structure to the grounding point, completing the conduction process. All dimensions, thickness, hole locations, and bending angles can be customized based on provided drawings.
