Order Resolution
Returns & Exchanges
Custom conductive parts are made to confirmed drawings, dimensions, materials, and order notes. Returns or exchanges require review before shipment back.
- Contact us promptly with the order number, quantity, photos, and reason for the request.
- Do not return products without written confirmation and return instructions.
- Approved requests are handled according to the confirmed order specification and agreed solution.
